    Stage 1 - Roles and Responsibilities of Vervenest Coordinator

    • Ensure day to day activities
    • Connect with Business unit along with Mentor on Weekly Assessment updates
    • Make project group
    • Connect with Business unit along with Mentor on Final Assessment & Mini project Evaluation
    • Candidates with Industry experience or Technology experience

    Stage 2 - Roles and Responsibilities of (Mentor) Training Coordinator

    • Introduce Trainers to Participants
    • Ensure day to day activities
    • Connect with participants on training feedback and concerns
    • Connect with Business Unit on Day wise updates
    • Connect with Business unit on Weekly Assessment updates
    • Make project group
    • Connect with Business unit on Final Assessment & Mini project Evaluation

    Stage 3 - Roles and Responsibilities of Trainer

    • Ensure to cover daily training topics
    • Clarify participants doubts
    • Do a regular recap on previous day topics
    • Provide hand outs and reference materials through Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Provide topic wise Assessment
    • Regular daily updates to Training Coordinator
    • Provide topic evaluation result to Training Coordinator
